We are hiring full-time Light Vehicle Mechanics for multiple vacancies. The position involves servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining light vehicles, including petrol, diesel and 4WD vehicles. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, experience with multiple vehicle brands, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

This opportunity is suited to an experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic looking to build their career in Australia. You’ll work in a modern workshop environment, handling everything from routine servicing and preventive maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical diagnostics. Experience with Toyota, Ford, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Isuzu and 4WD vehicles is desirable.

Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical components of light vehicles.

Conduct routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and scheduled repairs.

Dismantle and reassemble engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering, and suspension.

Perform diagnostic testing and interpret fault codes using electronic equipment.

Repair and replace defective parts, ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications.

Conduct wheel alignments, balancing, and tyre replacements.

Maintain accurate service and repair records in compliance with company procedures.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workshop operations.

Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Qualification & Experience Required

Mandatory

Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic.
Valid driver’s licence.

Desired

Experience working with both petrol and diesel engines.
Familiarity with 4WD vehicles and a range of brands (Toyota, Ford, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Isuzu).
